How ordering, delivery and payment work with Vaudi Construction Logistics.
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, open the cart and press "Proceed to checkout". Enter your name, phone number and delivery location and press "Place order & continue on WhatsApp". You get an order number straight away, then send the order to us on WhatsApp.
How do I confirm my order on WhatsApp?
After you place your order, the confirmation page has a "Send order on WhatsApp" button. It opens WhatsApp with your order number and items filled in. Press Send so our team can confirm availability and delivery with you.
How are delivery fees handled?
Delivery fees are not added on the website. We confirm them with you after you order, based on your location and order size. You can also choose to collect from our yard.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on this website. After you send your order on WhatsApp, our team confirms the final total, including delivery, and agrees how you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your order history and reorder faster.
Why do some products say "Price on request"?
Some materials are priced per order (for example by size, grade or volume). Press "Ask for price" and we will reply on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Delivery is arranged based on your location and item availability. Place your order or message us with your location and we will confirm.
Can I return items?
Returns and exchanges are handled directly with our team based on the product and order status. Contact us with your order number.
Can you source items that are not listed?
Yes. Vaudi Construction Logistics also provides procurement, equipment and manpower support. Message us with what you need.
